If a break-in occurs because of the failure of the Saracen Secure product, the householder will receive a payment of up to £500 towards the replacing or repairing of the forced window or door, and pay you £500 towards any Inconvenience caused. Sliding Sash - PVC-U Sliding Sash Windows have been carefully designed to replicate as close as possible the traditional timber sash windows. They have all the aesthetic appearances, without the traditional problems. An added feature on all PVC-U Sash Windows is the tilt facility on all sashes. This allows ease of cleaning from inside. All our windows & doors are "internally glazed" making it impossible to remove the glass from the outside. Our PVC-U frames are draught proof and watertight, even through 90mph storms, thanks to two sealing gaskets inside every opening add to that 28mm double glazing units and you will begin to see the reduction on your heating bill. For even better insulation "K" Glass can be fitted. No more excessive noise....... Although our windows aren't sound proof by any means, thanks to double glazing with a 20mm air space, multi-chamber frames and effective weather seals, they are a very good sound barrier against outside noise. For areas prone to excessive noise, acoustic glazing is available. No more painting....... PVC-U need only periodical wiping with warm soapy water, added to that, the occassional oiling of the hinges is the only maintenance they require. Window Colours Windows and doors are available in 7 standard colours. - White - Oak - Oak/white - Rosewood/White - Mahogany - Mahogany/white - Rosewood. Windows are available in red, green, blue and black. These are only available coloured on the outside, with white on the inside. Delivery times would be slightly longer than for standard colours. Doors are available in the standard colours plus red, green and blue. New buildings....... Every new building is overseen by your local building control department.
